The Hoadley Group is the umbrella for four operating companies based in Palm Beach County, Florida and on Seneca Lake, New York:

• Barefoot Realty & Investments LLC — Florida-licensed real estate brokerage (FL BK3222885), consumer search at saltwaterestates.com.
• Hoadley Construction — Florida Certified General Contractor (FL CGC 1518691).
• Sterling Route — private Mercedes Sprinter mobility platform operated by SilverSprinter LLC at sterlingroute.com.
• Lakeside Landing FLX — direct-book waterfront hospitality at lakesidelandingflx.com.

The principal, Ben Hoadley, holds the Florida brokerage and contractor licenses noted above. Brokerage and construction are the licensed professional services. Hospitality and mobility operate as private platforms.

This site is informational. Submitting an inquiry does not create a brokerage, construction, advisory, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship. Engagements begin only when a separate written agreement is signed with the relevant Hoadley Group entity.

You are welcome to read the site, share its public pages, and contact us through the channels provided. You agree not to scrape the site, submit forms by automated means, impersonate any person or organization, attempt to access non-public systems, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hoadley Group, its operating companies, and the principal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
