Ben Hoadley began building in 1995 — roofs, framing, finish work — on job sites at sixteen.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 2001. At HBE Corporation in St. Louis, he served as a Project Engineer on hospitals, medical office buildings, and financial institutions, as well as renovations for HBE’s owned hospitality brand, Adam’s Mark Hotels. Following HBE, he served as a Project Manager at Burkhardt Construction in Florida on streetscapes and heavy utility infrastructure.
He obtained his Florida real estate license in 2009. Hoadley Construction was founded in 2010. Barefoot Realty & Investments in 2017.
The Hoadley Group operates as a family enterprise based in Palm Beach County. Mr. Hoadley and his wife jointly manage Hoadley Construction and Barefoot Realty & Investments and are raising five children in South Florida.
