Acquisitions and dispositions. Florida-licensed brokerage representation through Barefoot Realty & Investments — waterfront and high-end estates across Palm Beach County and South Florida.
Construction and owner's representation. Hoadley Construction manages renovation, new build, and owner's rep engagements — reading the survey, evaluating the seawall, coordinating the trades, protecting the schedule.
Pre-purchase evaluation. A written read of condition, feasibility, cost, and risk — issued on every engagement, and available on a single property under consideration.
Coordination across the property team. Surveyors, inspectors, engineers, insurers, HVAC, dock, landscape — the specialists the firm has worked with for decades in Palm Beach, scheduled and managed on behalf of the client.
Out-of-state coordination. Engagements are Florida-based; principals and their advisors often are not. Communication runs on the client’s preferred channel from wherever they sit.
